Welcome to Haven Nutrition!
I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve found your way to this space, you may be longing for a different kind of relationship with food, your body, or your health—one that feels grounded, compassionate, and sustainable.
That’s what this space is about. I help people rebuild trust with their bodies, quiet the noise of diet culture, and find more ease and freedom with food and movement.
Meet Marni Mackey, RDN, LDN
For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from all different backgrounds on their journeys with food and health. Over time, my passion led me to specialize in supporting those navigating eating disorders and disordered eating.
My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and grounded in the belief that healing your relationship with food is possible. Together, we’ll focus on building trust with your body, finding balance, and creating a path toward peace with eating.
I grew up in New Jersey, where my love for food, nutrition, movement and helping others first began. After earning my B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Syracuse University and completing my dietetic internship, I spent over a decade working with clients — from treatment centers to outpatient settings — before starting my own practice.
These days, I’m happily settled in West Chester, PA with my husband, our two kids and our dog, Diego. Life is full, busy, and filled with plenty of fun (and snacks!).
When I’m not working with clients, you can often find me teaching Pilates reformer, practicing mindful movement through exercise, venting to my mom friends, or sneaking in a little reality TV downtime with the hubby.
